Additionally, our children have organized Missions Kids, an organization that raises money for missions through work projects, garage sales, etc. Currently, they are supporting Voice of the Martyrs .

TBSC provides mopeds through Light of Hope Missions, for village workers in Tamil-nadu, India. These ministers work in an area which contains 2360 villages within a 90 mile radius. Each village has about 5000 people, mostly Hindu. Viji (second from right) discovered that more than 70% of these villages are without the gospel of Jesus Christ.
LOHM village gospel workers are placed in a village and each worker is assigned to cover not less than six villages. Viji stated, "We found our workers are effective if they are provided with mopeds so they can be faster and more efficient." He added, "Especially if the worker is married, he goes with his wife and when they have their own vehicle, it is comfortable and at the same time they can reach more people within the particular time."
Usually the workers visit villages in the evenings because they can meet with people only after they return from work. Many times they finish their visits very late and are at the mercy of undependable and over-crowded buses. When walking, these workers could cover only a couple of miles each day. Now with the mopeds, they cover 20 miles in an average day. Viji said, "Our workers can reach even remote villages with their mopeds without worrying about buses. So when we think about offering mopeds to our village gospel workers, it is prudent, essential, and effective to spreading the gospel in those villages."
